We do Rotary on WiFi

As we’ve chartered as a Rotary Group as part of Rotary International we continue to make connections through Social Media. We see this as a great way for busy people to help give E-Volunteering and Service in their communities when time permits.

Our hope is to help organisations promote their message through Social Media, simply by liking posts, sharing or retweeting, plus we learn so much more by engaging with some brilliant charities, social enterprises and ethically run businesses.

Dragons HeadWe are really pleased to be able to support Toucan Diversity,Toucan Diversity 2 through the Portsmouth Dragon Boat Race. Our team is limbering up ready to be ferocious vikings on Sunday 13th May, our drummer’s beats will ensure they row in tune!

Adele WelcomeIt is great to welcome so many new people into the Family of Rotary. President Janice has a daunting job ahead of her, as she welcomes them to Rotary On The Run, presenting their badges and Four Way Test cards when she can.

Welcome to Adele who is helping at the moment with getting the team for the Dragon Boat Race ready for action. Welcome to Joanne who is helping us to share the need for diversity and inclusion in Rotary, whilst introducing others to our group. Joanne Welcome

Lots has been going on over the past weeks, we continue to build our Dementia Friendly Community in PO6, we undertook our first checks on Hearing Loops in Portsmouth and our Interim Interact Club has started recycling their bottle tops by making some table coasters ready for sale at the School Spring Fair.
